Because all of the ingredients have their own properties that lend themselves to cleansing your skin:

Jojoba Oil – is very mild and actually helps make greasy skin better. It moisturises skin all day so its ideal for dry faces too. Jojoba is known to help with rosacea.*

Clary Sage Essential Oil – helps with acne and oily skin.
